SÃO PAULO

Our São Paulo office is located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history.
The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology.
We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures and fun activities!
THE ROLE

You will improve customer value and lifecycle customer relationships by improving and supporting communication of the Access loyalty programme and promotion aligned with Farfetch global.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Measure, plan and organize promo initiatives across multiple areas to drive revenue and increase retention.
- Understand customers journey to support the team to find out opportunities to be in contact with them in order to increase customers engagement, loyalty and sales;
- You will be an important contact of the global Trade team to make sure that local promotions are communicated and that all FFBR teams are aligned.
- You will adopt and adapt sales season/activities according to the region's particularities.
- Execute operational inputs in the system to make sure promos go on air accordingly.
- Understand the Marketing Calendar and produce detailed trade forecasts ensuring all teams are aware of upcoming activity, targets and actuals
- Support the area manager to make sure the promotion budget is on target.
WHO YOU ARE
- Undergraduate degree in relatable areas, either Business Administration or Marketing;
- Proactive with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- You have a passion for the customer, principled thinking, bold innovation, ease of interacting with different areas and a mentality of starting with the customer first.
- You speak fluent Portuguese and advanced English;
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, if, vlookup);
