We are seeking a motivated CRM Specialist to join our growing business.
This role will manage key accounts across Brazil and Chile, driving the performance of Apple products across sales channels.
The successful candidate is proactive and passionate about the digital world and is able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
You will negotiate, plan, and implement base management projects with eCommerce, Carriers, Premium, and Omnichannel Retailers.
In addition, you will partner with local sales, digital programs, and marketing teams to align on the best CRM strategy to maximize Apple's opportunities on partners' platform.
Description
Manage key accounts with CRM strategy to negotiate, plan, and execute base management projects.
Partner closely with account executives to identify CRM opportunities and implement a strategy to support account plan and forecast.
In partnership with the marketing team, manage the marketing budget and plan advertising campaigns and approval of creatives.
Create business briefs for the marketing team to translate requirements into creative partner campaigns.
Develop and implement base management programs taking advantage of partner's CRM tools and capabilities.
Build insights and optimize partner campaigns to improve results, focusing on customer experience data and campaign results.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience driving base management projects and sales growth, preferably with CRM or growth marketing responsibility.
Proven experience in digital commerce, retail media, or loyalty programs preferred.
Experience managing external partners, driving negotiation and implementation of programs and business projects from concept to execution, to reporting and optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options, and provide clear recommendations for sales growth.
Strong analytical ability to transform key performance indicators (KPIs) into actionable insights.
Demonstrated knowledge of base management and customer data (audience profile, segmentation, reach, impression, open rate, click-through rates, conversion).
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Proficiency in large-scale data analysis; expert Excel and Tableau skills required.
