**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
CRM Specialist will be focused on designing and delivering personalized campaigns, with main areas of accountabilities including:
- Communication and offer personalisation definition
- Best contact channel and contact frequency selection
- Campaign template design with configuration outsourcer
- Campaign ROI maximization
- Collaborate with Retail Excellence and IT to execute CRM plan
- Coordination of external partners (e.g., Creative agency, data providers, campaign configuration outsourcer, etc.)
- Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with CRM team to monitor campaign performance
Work with the Contact Centre to maximize the effectiveness of the channel for a continuous process improvement
**Experience and Qualifications**
**Essential Qualifications:
- University degree required (B&A, Marketing, Communication, Management Engineering)
**Essential Experience**
- Experience in dynamic and customer-oriented environments
- Knowledge of marketing and CRM best practices, processes, and tools in highly customer-oriented organizations
- Experience working with data and analytics

**Technical skills**:

- Experience in change management is desirable
