We are on the lookout for a highly skilled CRO / Analyst with a proven track record in SaaS environments to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in analyzing our user acquisition funnels and creating data-driven hypotheses to improve conversion rates across our platform.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and optimize user acquisition funnels to identify areas for improvement and boost conversion rates.Create data-driven hypotheses to test and implement across our platform to drive results.Conduct in-depth analysis of customer landing pages and propose experiments to increase lead generation.Utilize tools such as Convert.com, Mixpanel, GA4, Clarity, and BigQuery to collect and analyze data.Develop and execute A/B testing and multivariate testing strategies to validate ideas and improve user experiences.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates, lead generation, and customer acquisition.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies and optimization efforts.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRO and UX.Qualifications:Proven experience as a CRO Analyst or similar role in the SaaS industry.Strong understanding of user acquisition funnels and conversion rate optimization techniques.Hands-on experience with tools such as Convert.com, Mixpanel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, and BigQuery.Ability to create and manage A/B testing and landing page experiments.Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Strong communication skills to articulate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Skills:Experience with SQL and working with large datasets in BigQuery.Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.Experience in working with customer acquisition and lead generation strategies.What We Offer:Competitive salary and growth opportunities & stock options.Fully remote work environment with flexible hours.Be part of a high-growth SaaS company making a real impact.Collaborative, innovative, and supportive team culture.Work and learn with industry leaders with proven track records.If you are a CRO expert with SaaS experience and a passion for data-driven growth, we'd love to hear from you!Submit your resume and a brief explanation of how you've successfully optimized conversion rates in previous roles.
