We are on the lookout for a highly skilled
CRO / Analyst
with a proven track record in
SaaS
environments to join our team.
This role will play a pivotal part in analyzing our
user acquisition funnels
and creating data-driven
hypotheses
to improve conversion rates across our platform.
Additionally, you'll assess our customers' landing pages and develop experiments to enhance lead generation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize
user acquisition funnels
to identify areas for improvement and boost
conversion rates.
Create data-driven
hypotheses
to test and implement across our platform to drive results.
Conduct in-depth analysis of
customer landing pages
and propose experiments to increase
lead generation.
Utilize tools such as
Convert.com
,
Mixpanel
,
GA4
,
Clarity
, and
BigQuery
to collect and analyze data.
Develop and execute
A/B testing
and
multivariate testing
strategies to validate ideas and improve user experiences.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to
conversion rates
,
lead generation
, and
customer acquisition
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies and optimization efforts.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in
CRO
and
UX
.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a
CRO Analyst
or similar role in the
SaaS
industry.
Strong understanding of
user acquisition funnels
and
conversion rate optimization
techniques.
Hands-on experience with tools such as
Convert.com
,
Mixpanel
,
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
,
Microsoft Clarity
, and
BigQuery
.
Ability to create and manage
A/B testing
and
landing page experiments
.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills .
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills to articulate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with
SQL
and working with large datasets in
BigQuery
.
Familiarity with
UI/UX design principles
.
Experience in working with customer acquisition and
lead generation
strategies.
