**The Role**:
As a CRO Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the business forward by leading and coordinating A/B testing and optimization efforts across the organization. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure testing ideas are generated, refined, and executed effectively, while adhering to best practices and measurement frameworks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Facilitate regular meetings to discuss data insights, identify optimization opportunities, and generate A/B testing ideas.
- ** Test Orchestration**: Monitor and coordinate all testing activities, ensuring a seamless and optimized customer experience.
- ** Subject Matter Expertise**: Serve as the go-to expert for A/B testing, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution.
- ** Test Ideation and Refinement**: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and refine test ideas aligned with business goals.
- ** Data-Driven Decision Making**: Analyze data to derive insights that inform testing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- ** Process Improvement**: Champion best practices and standardized measurement frameworks to ensure consistency and quality.
- ** Reporting and Insights**: Monitor, report, and provide insights on testing performance to inform CRO strategies.
- Proven experience in a CRO or testing-focused role, preferably in a cross-functional environment.
- Expertise in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and experimentation platforms (Optimizely, Maxymiser, etc.).
- Strong understanding of user behavior and experience.
- Process-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on optimizing customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive collaborative decision-making.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality results.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and sharing knowledge.
- Experience in online gaming is a plus.
