Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Relevant experience as program or project manager with cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Strong background leading and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.

Key job responsibilities
Lead programs to improve Cross Border processes, define the list of high priority improvements to reach business goals; Monitor and execute projects on time and with high quality standards; Effectively communicate projects progress within the organization; Work with internal teams to drive system, tools and process improvements/ implementation that affect purchasing and operations workflow, with emphasis on automating tasks that are currently performed manually; Develop analysis of key business metrics, with emphasis on developing and executing recommendations for improvements;
Working with business partners, Amazon supply chain and product compliance teams to ensure a reliable, operational a cost effective flow of goods, from ordering to receive.
A day in the life
You will be working on international selection enablement, closely with Retail teams, Trade Compliance, Finance, Legal, Ops, and Global Mile, to provide to customers in Brazil access to the best imported selection and experience.

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership teams.
- Driving process improvements.
