Responsibilities Drive business growth in the LATAM region by identifying and executing new revenue opportunities for the institutional staking business. Support major regulatory and policy efforts, ensuring full compliance with applicable local regulatory requirements. Represent the organization in the region, including media engagements, conferences, industry forums, and meetings with local clients and regulators. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams in the US and Canada to create products and user experiences tailored to regional client needs. Provide leadership with insights on regional market trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic opportunities. Partner with US and Canadian teams to ensure operational excellence and a positive reflection of brand values in the region. Desired Skills Experience leading tech or fintech sales initiatives in the LATAM market and scaling to at least $100M in revenue. Proven success in meeting/exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. Track record in generating and nurturing qualified leads through the sales cycle. Demonstrated success in driving customer expansion and advocating for customer needs. Strong understanding of the Brazilian regulated payment and financial services landscape, especially in fintech. Experience engaging with financial and legal regulators and managing a regulated business unit. Proficient in Portuguese, Spanish, and English with excellent business communication skills, suitable for a remote-first organization. Solid understanding of regulated financial services functions (e.g., Compliance, Finance, Risk, Treasury, Audit, Outsourcing). Interest in crypto/blockchain with familiarity in staking. Experience in working within a multi-national organization headquartered in North America. Self-starter enthusiastic about growing a business in a fast-developing sector.
