Position CS Dealer Support – Junior Manager Job Description We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated CS Dealer Support – Junior Manager to join our team. This position is crucial for managing and strengthening relationships with our dealers, ensuring excellent customer service and strictly adhering to our corporate policies and procedures. Roles and responsibilities: Manage relationship with SEDA Dealers related to Customer Service subjects Support and Interface with Commercial Area Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements Ensure contract terms and SLA's accomplishments DOA/DAP operation management Stock Repair operation management (defective products from Dealers) InSS CS Operation Management Team management Vendor Management (Operations: SES, Stock Repair, Refurbish) Background & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in Customer Services Experience with Dealer support and relationship Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint English Level: Minimum - > Advanced Why is Samsung Electronics the place to be? • You will be part of a dynamic and global team, constantly interacting with different cultures. • You will have the chance to influence the local team with strategy by identifying local trends and ideas, which can become seeds for future projects in one of the world's most innovative companies.
