This pivotal role involves managing and optimizing the performance of our service centers and field operations, ensuring seamless integration with internal teams and the effective implementation of global policies and projects. Roles and responsibilities:Service Centers' performance Management and SupportSVC Network Coverage OptimizationEvaluate and develop new service partnersManage service partners contractsField Service Team ManagementInteract with other internal areas to ensure prompt and adequate support (logistics, parts, warranty, Contact Center and also Legal area to provide solutions and make objectives happenLocal Deployment of global policies and projects
Background & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in Customer ServicesExperience with Field operation and vendor relationship/managementStrong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointEnglish Level: Minimum - > Advanced
