Role Responsibilities and expectations:
- Follow defined strategy for the region covering products and channels from customer perspective.
- Actively monitor profitability of assigned ongoing projects and ensure that the project is completed timely and with agreed commercial terms.
- Support decision making through preparing regular and ad hoc analysis, on general and customer level.
- Generate business insights and actions that affect profitability and business growth.
- Track the profitability of all deals with customers with special focus on top customers (A and B segmentation).
- Prepare the strategy of connection usage in region, in terms of setup, selling strategy and restrictions. *
- Actively use all customer related internal tools (SU, SF, QS...) to gather all available information and turn it into insights.
- Gather information from various resources to broaden internal knowledge and keep up with new product/feature releases.
- Keep up with updates from the industry, market trends and customer strategies. Have an overview of business and latest industry trends as well as the competition.
- Closely collaborate with external and internal stakeholders, keeping efficient communication and ensuring high level information flow, sharing practices, and suggesting operational improvements.
- Be able to recognize rooms for optimization of internal processes.
- Educate new team members and participate in onboarding.
