Subfamily Description
Configuration Management (CMA) associates with the management of configurations from pre-sales to post-sales in a technical and product composition point of view.
Ensures technical feasibility and best fulfilment of customer needs.
Qualifications
6 year+ experience in IP Networks technology (Nokia products will be a plus).
Engineering Bachelor's degree or similar.
Masters or MBA is a plus.
Fluent Portuguese and English required.
Spanish is highly appreciated.
Office 365 skills required.
Possess creativity and problem-solving skills.
Be comfortable with public speaking and communicating both verbally and in writing.
Be willing to challenge the standard thinking with new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions.

Responsibilities
Interface with Customer Engineering teams to develop and present cost-effective IP Network solutions, according to their strategy and identifying key technical risks and issues.
Translate network requirements based on customer input and knowledge of applicable technologies into specific Nokia IP Networks solutions.
Execute Product Configuration using Nokia internal tools.
Generate proposals based on a pre-negotiated Price List (LPU) and Terms and Conditions.
Review product configuration with post-sales teams in order to minimize effort and expedite the delivery.
Interact with our major CSP and Neutral Hosts accounts in Brazil (e.g.
Vivo, Tim, Claro and Vtal).
May be requested to create quotations to Latin America customers.
Daily interaction with multi-cultural teams in order to assure proper equipment configuration to Supply Chain teams.
Work close to Account Managers and Pre-Sales to offer the best solutions and to Project Managers to ensure efficient delivery.
