Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join our luxury travel team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and memorable.
Responsibilities: Provide personalized customer service to clients during their travels Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally Coordinate with travel consultants, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless service delivery Manage and update client records and travel itineraries Assist with special requests and custom travel arrangements Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients Handle emergency situations and provide support outside regular hours when necessary (weekend rotations).
