Partner with the best As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for: Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.
Handling standardized products with pre-defined options.
Contributing to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices set.
Handling targeted clients.
Discussing sales approach with manager.
Leading a department of medium-large personnel costs.
Handling Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree completed or studying from an accredited university or college.
Ability to work in Campinas office twice a week.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
