- and after-sales customer contact points. Responsible for managing fast and effective exchange of commercial information between various departments to respond to customer queries/ transactions in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Managing allocated key accounts and regions, and back up other regions
- Working in cooperation with team members from Sales, Inside Sales and technical support to help resolve issues and find improvements to prevent those issues arising again.
- Interfacing with Supply Chain & Engineering to coordinate shipments of material to meet customers' requirements.
- Co-ordinating service/goods Inwards and other departments as necessary to coordinate the return of material for repair and or restock.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Be studying or have completed higher education
- Have previous experience in direct talk-to customer
- Have excellent spoken and written English language and Portuguese fluent.
- Have high level of motivation and ability to work under pressure
