Manages end-to-end shipment processes in compliance with relevant company procedures. Owns all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective resolution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders. Executes independently with limited guidance. Our talent policies are recognized worldwide as one of the best in the industry and we continue to look for new ways to invest in our people through ongoing personal and professional development initiatives.Key responsibilities:Ensure overall visibility of shipments and data accuracy in a timely manner to meet the service level agreement with the client.Plan the mode of transportation with international offices (air, sea, road), performing verification or auditing of the necessary documentation.Plan with exporters the shipment and readiness of cargo.Execute booking requests with logistics partners.Prepare and distribute visibility reports to relevant transporters in the logistics chain.Review reports of expected and actual volumes for adjusting weekly transport schedules (national or international).Responsible for ensuring that the quality of service offered to the client is maintained at the highest execution standards.Adhere to Standard Operating Manuals developed with the client as well as with Internal Operation Manuals, keeping them always updated.Ensure delivery of agreed quality performance indicators with the client and participate in their presentation.Support the direct leader in guiding the achievement of performance metrics.What we are looking for:Two years of experience in large international operations.Customer service contact with experience in the international and national logistics sector.Operational knowledge of Export & Import.Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Advanced English.Knowledge of the Spanish language will be a plus.Complete higher education in related fields.You have been reading so far, we're glad to see you are interested.
