We are looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Intelligence Analyst to become a strategic business partner for our conversational commerce clients by leveraging data to deliver insightful, timely, and accurate information. You will be responsible for driving customer retention through detailed performance analysis, financial impact reporting, and generating key user insights. Your ability to identify trends, present findings, and make data-driven recommendations will be crucial in optimizing client operations and increasing sales with positive margins.Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder Collaboration:Interact with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and provide actionable insights for improving customer experience and retention.Data Analysis & Reporting:Conduct broad and deep-dive analysis using multiple data sources to track and assess the financial impact of our conversational commerce solutions.Provide key performance metrics such as conversion rates, sales growth, customer lifetime value (CLV), and profitability.User Insights:Develop user behavior insights by analyzing data from conversational commerce platforms, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for personalized experiences and upselling opportunities.Automation & Data Integration:Create automated solutions to integrate data from various sources, streamlining analysis and reporting processes.Support & Cross-functional Collaboration:Work with multiple teams across the organization, providing data-driven support to enhance overall customer experience initiatives.Qualifications:Experience:3+ years of experience in data analysis, customer experience, or a related field in eCommerce, SaaS, or digital platforms.Skills:Advanced data analysis skills, with expertise in Excel (advanced formulas, macros, pivot tables).Strong knowledge of data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Excellent communication and business acumen to drive actionable insights for clients.Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
