We are looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Intelligence Intern to support our conversational commerce clients by leveraging data to deliver insightful and accurate information . As an intern, you will assist in driving client retention by conducting performance analysis, tracking key metrics, and generating user insights that help optimize client operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and customer experience in a fast-growing industry. Key Responsibilities: Data Support & Analysis : Assist in gathering and analyzing data to track performance metrics, such as conversion rates, sales growth, and customer lifetime value (CLV). Help in creating regular reports to demonstrate the financial impact of our solutions on client businesses. User Insights : Assist in analyzing user behavior data from conversational commerce platforms to identify trends and provide insights for personalized experiences. Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the successful delivery of insights that enhance customer experience strategies. Automation Support : Help in automating processes to integrate and organize data from various sources for better decision-making. Qualifications: Education : Current student or recent graduate in Production Engineering , Business , Data Science , Economics , or a related field. Skills : Strong Excel skills (including basic formulas, pivot tables) are required. Interest in data analysis and customer experience ; any experience in data visualization or storytelling is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required.
