Customer Experience Specialist with Portuguese

Requirements:
Baccalaureate diploma (minimum);
Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese;
Previous experience of at least 1 year in assistance/customer support roles;
Experience in interacting with customers through live chat is an advantage;
Work experience in ticketing systems;
Good ability to interact with the client in writing and adapt communication according to their request/problem;
Resistance to work under pressure and good time management skills.
Working schedule:
8:00am - 4:00 PM Romania time, 5 days/week from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
Interact with our international clients through the communication channels available to them: e-mail, chat, social media, WhatsApp (no phone support);
Provide assistance and support in resolving customer questions, problems, or concerns in a professional and efficient manner;
Collect feedback from customers and forward it to the relevant team for future product/service improvements;
Provide information about products/services, policies, and procedures;
Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner;
Collaborate with other departments to solve complex customer problems;
Accurately record and document interactions with customers in the customer problem/request tracking system (ticketing);
Perform tasks by reaching individual KPIs.
