All this through an internet platform and our iOS/Android apps.Job DescriptionLead execution of customer marketing strategy focused on customers expansion (upsell / cross-sell) to increase new company revenue in Individual & SMB segments (individual medical practices, medical clinics), using the global strategy as a starting point and adapting as needed for the Brazilian and Chilean market
Develop, execute and optimize all channels strategy (primarily e-mail marketing and whatsapp) focused on customers audience development to increase adoption / usage of purchased products as first and ultimately drive expansions goals
Execute, develop and optimize a best in class customer advocacy program including managing customer' referral program, customer' events and other initiatives.
Cooperate and support Customer Success initiatives as well as other relevant departments programs to support elevating company revenue and ensure delivering seamless experience at all touchpoints and customer-centric communications.
Cooperate closely with Head of Sales / Head of Customer Success to achieve revenue and pipelines goals
Own results of your initiatives: monitor, analyze team KPIs to identify drivers, impact, potential issues and improvement to be addressed
Monitor customer-centered metrics including NPS, CSAT, and surveys to understand the voice of the customer (VoC). Derive conclusions and appropriate measures based on the metrics
Lead and develop a team of 4 specialists.
QualificationsFluent English
to smoothly communicate in an international environment;
Minimum
intermediate Spanish
(you'll work also with Chilean market);
Relevant experience with extraordinary achievements in planning and executing marketing projects in customer marketing or demand generation teams (preferably in SaaS company);
Experience as team coordinator / team leader;
Proven track record in designing & executing online and offline marketing projects and meeting ambitious revenue targets with significant growth;
Proven track record in implementing inbound marketing (fluency in any of marketing automation platform will be a big advantage);
Proven track record in customer advocacy initiatives (ex. referral programs, customer events, customer community building etc.);
Mindset of building for scale with a data-driven approach to marketing;
Solid analytical, execution, problem solving skills, including metrics-driven thinking;
Used and love to build and execute plans at a fast pace to explore growth opportunities;
Customer-centric mindset.
