As Customer Quality, you will be the main advocate for our customers.
Support the implementation of the customer satisfaction process across SPS and S&O businesses in the Oilfield Equipment.
You will ensure that the leadership and cross functional teams understand our customers' feedback and they are focused to effectively respond to meet the customer needs in a timely and effective manner.
As a Customer Quality, you will be responsible for:
- Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
- Understanding our customers' greatest challenges, specially related to field issues, working closely with cross functional team to define and implement an action plan, after approving by P&L.
- Increase Customer Satisfaction through a variety of solutions and rapid issue resolution
- Setting operating rigors with cross functional team to review scorecards, monitor execution of improvement plans and escalate challenges as required
- Ensure customer quality issues are captured through Quality tools and track issue resolution by the owning functions
- Partner with leadership team to expedite customer specific NCRs, NCAs, RCAs, NPTs and CIRs to build stronger customer relationships
- Providing the voice of the customer for quality back into operations and ensuring the process becomes a key escalation path for customers to share end-end experience
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have an Engineering degree
- Show experience in QA Engineering and Oil & Gas business
- Have Continuous Improvement tools experience
- Display an ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively across functions in a local and global-matrix environment
- Have experience working with global teams, including time-zone flexibility
- Requirement: Fluent in English Language
- Strong experience in Quality
