Integrate CRM with various tools and platforms using Make.com, Zapier, webhooks, and APIs.
Create and manage automation workflows that streamline business processes and improve data accuracy.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to integrations, automations, and CRM functionality.
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective CRM and automation solutions.
Requirements: Proven experience in setting up and managing CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).
Strong proficiency with automation tools like Make.com, Zapier, webhooks, and other integration platforms.
Solid understanding of API integrations and data flow management.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Basic understanding of coding or scripting languages for custom automation (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
Previous experience working in a marketing or sales-driven environment.
