The CRM will also focus on understanding customer needs, building positive relationships with tenants, and implementing strategies to drive customer retention and sales growth.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement & Satisfaction:- Greet and assist customers, providing information on stores, offers, and amenities.- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.- Conduct customer feedback surveys to identify areas for improvement in service quality.Loyalty Programs & Promotions:- Develop and manage loyalty programs to increase customer retention.- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, implement, and monitor mall-wide promotions, events, and seasonal activities.- Analyze customer data to identify trends and enhance the effectiveness of promotional strategies.Crisis Management & Issue Resolution:- Develop and implement strategies to address emergencies and complaints quickly and efficiently.- Train front-line staff in handling customer interactions and ensuring consistent service standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.3+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in a retail, mall, or hospitality environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to interact with diverse customers and tenants.Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis, and MS Office.Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric attitude.
