Customer Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position where you will work within our CRM and messaging systems.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Sales Specialist at Essence Medical Clinic. The Customer Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, writing and sending sales scripts, participating in training sessions, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

Customer service and sales experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience with CRM systems
Proven ability to convert leads
