DuPont Electronics & Industrial has an opening position for a Customer Service Assistant located in Alphaville, Sao Paulo, Brazil. A successful Customer Service Assistant must be goal oriented which will enable him/her to deliver excellent support. As Customer Service Assistant you will work with the Customer Service Teams for the region EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) to help the Customer Service Representatives deliver business results and provide a positive customer experience. We operate in a dynamic environment and a highly competitive marketplace.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Execute multiple SAP transactions (i.e. returns, credits/debits, quality notifications, outputs, invoices).
- Upload documents to DocuLinks into SAP all purchase orders and other relevant information pertaining to the order
- Build working relationships with the Customer Service Teams to help exceed customer expectations
- Create daily & weekly customer & business reports (i.e. open order report, GUPI, etc.)
- Must speak fluent English to enable strong communication with North America teams
- Understand and support both internal and external audit requirements as it relates to customer service activities
- Provide timely responses for all control & audit requests, including month-end order to cash processes
- Provide highest quality of service by following best practices and adhering to policy and compliance standard
- Responsible for acting within assigned delegation of authority to perform SAP transactions (i.e. credits, returns, samples) while adhering to internal controls and SOX compliance
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Advanced level of English - constant contact with the Customer Service North American team
- Proficiency in SAP R/3 or another ERP system preferred, but not required
- Intermediate to high level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word is required.
- Knowledge of the Sales to Cash (STC)/Requisition to Pay (RTP) process is preferred.
- Demonstrated flexibility/adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced team in an inter-regional environment
- Previous customer service experience with emphasis on sales to cash is desirable
