Customer Service Representative - $650 Per Month

**ABOUT US**

Virtual Construction Assistants is a US-based outsourcing company that specializes in the Construction Industry.
We find and recruit talented individuals to provide remote Construction Administrative Support for our US-based Clients.
We are looking for qualified and highly experienced construction professionals for our talent pool to work remotely for our US Clients.
You will be part of a team of professional remote Engineers, Architects, and support staff that fulfils our clients' needs for construction administrative support.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Customer Support for United States Construction Companies
- Communicating with Clients
- Taking inbound calls from Customers
- Making outbound calls for follow-ups
- Entering data into CRM software

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 5 years of **Customer Service/Call Center (English) **experience
- English proficiency of at least **C1**:

- Excellent time management skills
- Expert in MS Office Applications
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Able to follow detailed instructions
- Able to clearly communicate with difficult people
- Persistent in following up with tasks until they are 100% complete
- Available to work in US hours (EST, PST, CST, etc.)
**APPLICATION PROCESS**

All software needed for the position will be provided by the Client.
**OTHER DETAILS**

This is a 40-hour work week, full-time work from home.
The job will pay $150 per week or $600 per month.
- 2 weeks paid training
- Major Brazil and US holidays off (per approval of the Client)
