Job Summary:Customer Service Representative, Tax Collection, will be responsible for office walk-in taxpayers regarding inquiries about their accounts and/or taxes being collected. Assist with other tasks to support the team, other business units, perform outbound calls, continue training, and increase professional development as required.Primary Responsibilities:Customer service provided in person or via the phoneUtilize knowledge of tax types collected by KeystoneUtilize knowledge of municipalities and school districts for which Keystone collects taxesAbility to modify address changes and create new accounts in Keystone applicationsProcess payments for multiple tax typesAbility to sufficiently memo the Keystone taxpayer service applicationsExpand job knowledge and develop expertise to progress forward in job developmentOffice Key holderEnd of day delivery drop offsSecondary Responsibilities:Demonstrated ability to listen and retain knowledgeAbility to accurately and attentively complete detailed tasksKeep up to date regarding changes in daily responsibilities or job processesJob Qualifications:Education, Experience, and CertificationsHigh school graduate or have an equivalency certificate (GED)Associate's or bachelor's degree in related business major is a plusPrevious customer service call center experience is preferredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesBi-lingual in Spanish a plusModerate computer skillsModerate level researchProblem-solving/Reasoning
