Need to have qualifications: 3 years in customer service or related roles. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean and accurate CRM records. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to critically address customer situations. Customer-centric mindset with a genuine ability to empathize and build trust. Nice to have qualifications: Experience in collections or payment follow-ups. Hands-on experience with HubSpot for customer management. Familiarity with Jira for ticketing and team collaboration.
