LETS TALK ABOUT THE TEAM:
The primary role of Customer Support function is to provide exceptional customer
service, sales and marketing support Confidential different channels of communication. Key
deliverables include addressing customer enquiries related to ResMed products,
services, warranty, order processing, data entry and resolving general complaints.
Identifying sales opportunities associated with customer enquiries. Providing
assistance and escalating issues to relevant teams for timely resolution. In
addition, you will be responsible for supporting the CS processes with Sales
Orders input and all the fulfillment, billing and shipping documentation process,
in addition this role will be responsible by maintaining contact with the ResMed
telephone in a consistent manner.
LETS TALK ABOUT THE ROLE:
Initiate and receive calls / messages from ResMed Distributors over the phone or
Prepare export documentation for each Sales Orders shipped Confidential List,
Commercial Invoice;
Assist key stakeholders with any problems and escalate appropriately when the
problem needs to be addressed by ResMed;
Follow a predefined schedule;
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
handle customer orders for medical supplies and equipment, create and/or maintain
client account records, track deadlines and manage tasks in web based tools,
support members of cross functional teams and developing and maintaining positive
customer relations which can substantially affect service and/or product
revenues, collaborate with various departments to meet service sales goals,
document all technical and customerreported problems in ticketing/note system with
OTHER ASSIGNED TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The nature of support inquiry and resolutions recommended, provide metrics to the
management team as required.
