We strive to create a platform where our users are well supported with excellent quality, fast response time, and accurate information.Support is conducted via the ticketing system and a live chat and will include but not limited to customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform.Support will be in English.ResponsibilitiesHandle high amounts of live chat and phone callsIdentify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfactionProvide accurate, valid and comprehensive informationManage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolutionFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesGo the extra mile to engage customersRequirements1+ years experience of proven customer facing experience or experience as a customer service representativeStrong ability in using IT for professional use and can handle somewhat technical queries from customersExceptional written communication skill and a good listening skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectivelyKnowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain field is a big plusMulti-lingual capability is a big plusFluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholdersWilling to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shiftsWhy BinanceShape the future with the world's leading blockchain ecosystemCollaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structureTackle unique, fast-paced projects with autonomy in an innovative environmentThrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learningCompetitive salary and company benefitsWork-from-home arrangement (the arrangement may vary depending on the work nature of the business team)Binance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
