The primary responsibility of this position is management of the order fulfilment process for LAS customers. Ensures a positive customer experience and efficient sales process.

Being an effective a fluent link between Sales Team, Internal and External customers, Supply Chain, Local warehouse. BDP, Hinojosa and Logistics people as well as interacting with CSRs of the other countries and within SBU´s network to enhance best practices. This position has to identify external & internal customer needs, working and implementing strategies in order to achieve / exceed customer´s expectations also support LAS sales team with some internal activities.
