Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will provide exceptional service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone, providing timely and accurate assistance.
• Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive outcome for both the customer and the company.
• Account Management: Assist customers with account-related inquiries, including account setup, verification, deposits, withdrawals, and general questions.
• Compliance: Ensure all customer interactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Issue Escalation: Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay relevant information to the appropriate teams to continuously improve our products and services.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Risk, Payments, and VIP Management, to provide an integrated customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the iGaming industry or a similar environment.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Languages: Portuguese, English is a plus.
• Technology: Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools, along with basic knowledge of iGaming platforms.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as the iGaming industry operates 24/7.
• Passion for Gaming: A genuine interest in gaming and the iGaming industry is an advantage.
