Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Specialist at United Innovation Solutions LLC. The Customer Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing customer feedback to improve services. Deliver high-quality, personalized, and efficient customer service via live chat, email, and WhatsApp. Accurately document customer feedback for further analysis. Stay informed about application feature changes to understand user pain points and assist in addressing their concerns. Assist the Product Manager in analyzing customer needs and issues. Qualifications Fluency in English & Spanish Customer Satisfaction and Support experience Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Excellent written and verbal Communication skills Problem-solving abilities Attention to detail Comfortable with technology, including computers, social media platforms, and video chat applications. Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Deep passion for video chat applications, vision, and values of the company. Good sense of humor, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to accept feedback constructively.
