As a CSM, you will be exposed to all facets of the business and be encouraged to learn and develop skills both within and beyond your role. This role will manage Quartile partnerships across mid-market and enterprise accounts, including owning client communications, leading strategy, and serving as a thought leader.   The CSM candidate is an intelligent, motivated person that enjoys working with clients and internal Quartile teams to collaborate and solve business challenges.     REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:   3+ years of experience in an agency environment and/or with e-commerce businesses in a client facing role, preferably as the main point of contact or client lead   A proven track record of using data to drive strategic decision making, being analytical in nature and data-curious (our clients and partners are all in an ROI-driven industry)   Sufficient to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel (command over formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe, TripleWhale, etc.   A talented presenter with ability to captivate an audience and leverage data to tell a story   Capable of solving problems and maintaining a positive outlook when tackling challenges and coming up with solutions, including knowing when to delegate (and when not to)   Demonstrated ability to be professionally outspoken when managing tough customer conversations to yield positive results   Fluency in English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate and collaborate with global teams.       PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:   Background in the e-commerce, ad tech or digital marketing industry   Hands-on experience working with online advertising channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meda Ads, Amazon PPC, etc.)   Google Ad and Google Analytics certifications (or ability to achieve them upon hire)   Amazon Ads certification (or ability to achieve it upon hire)   Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment strongly preferred   Proven ability to forge strong partnerships with clients and vendors     RESPONSIBILITIES:    Maintain direct ownership of 10-15 accounts responsible for the management and performance of digital marketing channels like Google, Bing, Meta and Amazon   Manage client expectations and leading regular (weekly or bi-weekly) meetings with client teams   Analyze key metrics of online marketing campaigns and present key findings and insights to clients    Oversee client performance, collaborating with Quartile's data, strategy and product teams to make optimizations to paid marketing campaigns    Prepare client reporting and quarterly business reviews to align Quartile's value with client goals and expectations    Serve as a strategic partner for clients as a subject matter expert in the areas of digital marketing, e-commerce and retail    Utilize data to expose awesome new opportunities for technology improvements and exposing them to our Product and Technology teams    Be a Quartile product expert by attending product training and roadmap sessions    Evaluate opportunities to grow Quartile's partnership with their customers (new channel expansion, incremental budget, testing opportunities, case studies, etc.)    Partner with Implementation team to develop overarching department strategy and the setup of new clients during onboarding process       BENEFITS:    100% Remote Work    Work with an international team and clients   Professional growth opportunities   Company laptop
