As a Customer Success Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients achieve their goals using Fintechcrafts' products.
You'll be responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting clients throughout their journey, ensuring they get the most out of our innovative fintech solutions.Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with clients in the financial services and brokerage industries, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process.Train and support clients to effectively use our products and solutions, providing guidance, answering questions, and resolving any issues they encounter.Monitor client success metrics and proactively address areas where clients may need additional support or improvements.Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and deliver seamless experiences for clients.Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with product knowledge, best practices, and strategies to help them optimize their use of Fintechcrafts' solutions.Manage client feedback and communicate their needs and insights to the product and development teams to drive improvements and enhancements.Identify upselling opportunities, presenting additional services and solutions that align with client needs and drive further success.Represent the company at industry events, showcasing our commitment to client success and helping build our brand presence.Requirements 3+ years of experience in a customer success or client relationship management role, preferably in the fintech, SaaS, or financial services sectors.Fluency in both English and Portuguese.Proven experience in onboarding and training clients on software products, with the ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and accessible way.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to proactively address and resolve client issues.Experience working with CRM systems and managing client success pipelines.A client-focused mindset, with a passion for helping customers succeed and delivering exceptional service.Preferred Qualifications Ability to analyze client data and success metrics, helping drive product adoption and optimize the client experience.Experience working in B2B fintech, SaaS, or trading technology environments.Knowledge of trading platforms and other technologies in the financial industry like MetaTrader, cTrader, or similar, and familiarity with API integrations.Take part in an environment that offers challenging goals, autonomy, and mentoring, which creates incredible opportunities, both for you and the company.
