As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team.The Opportunity:We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Customer Success Analyst to become a part of our dynamic team in São Paulo. This position requires in-office presence, where you will be the voice and heart of our company, directly engaging with our valued customers.Key Responsibilities:Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, with a friendly and supportive approach, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions, contributing to our database for quality assurance and service improvement.Collaborate effectively with the team to develop and refine customer service strategies, aiming to elevate the overall customer experience continuously.Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies, enabling informed and helpful responses to customer queries.Utilize customer service software and tools proficiently, ensuring efficient and organized communication tracking.Focus in optimizing the return and exchange process for efficiency, clear communication, and a seamless customer experience.Qualifications:Background: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceCommunication: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Technical skill: Proficient in using Google Sheets for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.Multi-tasking: Comfortable with multi-tasking and handling multiple communication channels.Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.Adaptability: "Fast-paced environment" is not an empty expression at Larroudé!
