Here's the project description for the role of a Customer Success Manager at adaQuest, focusing on the specific areas and expectations mentioned: Project Title: Customer Success Management in Cybersecurity for adaQuest Location: Multiple regions (US, Latin America, Brazil) Project Objective: To enhance adaQuest's customer engagement and success within the cybersecurity domain, leveraging Microsoft Technologies. The role will be instrumental in interacting with leads and existing customers, revitalizing relationships, and working closely with Microsoft personnel across the specified regions. Brazilian Portuguese and English is a MUST. Spanish is a Plus. Located anywhere in the Americas (North, Central or South). Responsibilities and Expectations: Lead Interaction: Engage with incoming leads interested in adaQuest's cybersecurity services. Provide detailed consultations and insights into how adaQuest's services can meet their needs. Customer Engagement and Portfolio Management: Reach out to existing customers within the portfolio to re-ignite interest in adaQuest's services. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base. Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. Technology Focus – Cybersecurity: Facilitate regular interaction with Microsoft representatives in the US, Latin America, and Brazil. Collaborate on joint initiatives, promotions, and strategic alignment aligned with Microsoft's offerings.
