Customer Success Manager

Responsible for developing and implementing a customer strategy plan to support ODATA customers in Latin America, from signature of contract up to delivery of data center capacity and ongoing operations, promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty.Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee and orchestrate all aspects of service delivery on assigned customer base leveraging internal and external partners and resources;Retain existing customers and assist with customer expansions;Develop business relationship strategies and other projects for customers;Develop a cadence for regular business reviews;Assist with implementation, onboarding new customers and managing escalations;Understand each customer's business and build a business strategy to support their needs;Act as trusted advisors to both internal and external customers from the beginning through onboarding, project success, and renewals;Through confident communications, present to customers demonstrating expert knowledge of all services and capabilities;Establish and maintain trust with customers by consistently providing superior service, meeting all deadlines, and delivering as promised;Liaison between accounting, legal, sales, and operations;Establish relationships and build partnerships with internal stakeholders and vendor/carrier partners resulting in best-in-class service delivery to customers;ServiceNow Portal SME, customer training and voice of the customer.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent business experience;High degree of independent decision-making authority;Proficient in the use of technology and software platforms to generate business reviews, conduct audits of customer data, and ensure service tickets are executed upon (proficiency using ServiceNow is desired);Able to pick up quickly and communicate ODATA's unique product offerings and services to support customer needs;Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills needed to provide solutions for customer needs and issues.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionCustomer Service and Information TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting
