You will be responsible for onboarding customers, providing an ongoing best in class customer experience, and sharing relevant feedback with the product team.This role is specifically designed for people with top-notch financial modeling skills who are eager to grow their career in a customer-facing role.AS A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST YOU WILL: Own a portfolio of our most important customers and help them to be successful using LiveFlowManage implementation and onboarding to ensure a top-notch customer experienceBuild financial models to help our customers achieve their core business goalsWork cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering to turn customer requests into products.Dive deep into our product, thoroughly understand customers, and be an expert in LiveFlow's solution.Become one of the early joiners and help establish the Customer Success team; take a key role in shaping and supporting inbound and outbound strategies.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: At least 2+ years of either:Banking, finance, or accounting experience with client-facing exposureCustomer experience/customer success experience working on a highly technical or financial productTop-notch financial modeling skills: you should be extremely comfortable working with spreadsheets, including Index/Match, XLOOKUP, and complicated formulasExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Deep empathy for helping and working with customersSharp problem-solving skillsYou are humble, you ask a lot of questions, are naturally curious and hungry to achieve impressive things in life and workBENEFITS: Competitive base salarySubstantial equity packageHealth, vision, and dental insurance401(k)All the latest tech you need; MacBooks, monitors, etc.Monthly budget to spend on books and conferences to keep learning28 days paid vacation + 9 US holidaysThe estimated base salary for this role is $115,000 - $125,000.
