The ideal candidate is service-minded and thrives in a friendly, hard-working, fast-paced environment.Primary DutiesRespond to internal and external inquiries via email and phone.Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge.Call customers to renew their subscriptions, up-sell services, and obtain customer satisfaction feedback.Input sales orders, payments, and help customers activate their service.Update client accounts to maintain data integrity.Troubleshoot technical customer issues with service activation and operation.Characteristics / SkillsFluent in Portuguese and English required; Fluent in Spanish preferred.A warm, approachable, outgoing manner.Able to uncover customer needs and pair them with appropriate solutions.Skilled in outbound customer calls to solicit subscription renewals.Technical expertise preferred.Education / ExperienceExperience in a customer service position preferred.Local Requirements
