Customer Support team is a high-profile team, working in an ever-growing business environment, with great visibility to our customer's, directing industrial players in the national power and energy business.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, leveraging customer intimacy to ensure renewals of Service contracts.Define common strategy in customer relationship management (aligned with Area Supervisor).Assist the commercial department in the negotiation of new Service Contracts, amendments and service quotations.Assist with answering contractual questions from Customers, Sales Department and Area Supervisors.Deal with technical open cases resolution process (Proactive communication, regular meetings, close collaboration with Product Support Dpt., etc.).Control project Billing plan including adequate invoicing of variables, bonus and penalties.Ensure correct information in SAP and Sales Force related to the Contract.Responsible for contract availability monthly monitoring and negotiation with customer related to production period.Manage Monthly Reports deliveries to customers.Prepare project monthly reports and present it to the board.Qualifications: Engineer or Business Administration graduation.At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing position (e.g. sales, project management, contract management, particularly with large complex customers), ideally within the energy market.Good business sense and good economical understanding of contracts.Contract and Project management knowledge.Language skills: Portuguese and English fluent, Spanish desired.Wind turbine, Energy or Aircraft industry experience would be considered a positive attribute.BEWARE – RECRUITMENT FRAUD It has come to our attention that there are a number of fraudulent emails from people pretending to work for Vestas.
