About You:
TIDY is looking for someone with great English skills who is excited to help our customers be successful.
This is the perfect role for someone who wants to work with a remote technology company doing customer support.
You will basically be chatting with customers in English all day helping resolve their issues and answering their questions.
You must enjoy talking with people, even if they are having a bad day.
About the Hiring Process:
The hiring process includes 3 steps: The 1st step is asynchronous.
The 2nd step consists of two rounds of interviews.
The 3rd step is an interview with the CEO of the Company.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customers by chat and email who reach out using our internal tools (we will teach you this).
Call customers when needed to answer their questions and concerns.
We measure your success both by the number of tickets you solve (speed is important) and also by the quality of your response.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of customer service experience.
A good workspace.
Good internet connection for calls with 10 Mbps download, >5 Mbps upload.
Flexible vacation/break schedule, but since you are talking to US-based customers, you must be roughly on US Time.
We are hiring for the afternoon shift with a start between 4 PM, Brasilia time.
Compensation:
This position is paid a salary of USD 1,000 per month.
