"Great marketing needs to be expensive" is a myth that 100,000+ Omnisend customers are busting every day by growing their businesses with email and SMS marketing.What you'll do @ Omnisend:Be there for our customers at all times - communicate, analyze, troubleshoot, report, and resolve;Become a product expert and constantly grow by expanding your knowledge and gaining new skills;Provide omni-channel support via email and chat. No calls!;Contribute to company success by adapting to internal processes in a fast-paced environment;Collaborate with different teams constantly to make a difference in product, customer, and company lives;Currently, we are looking for a colleague who could work on night weekday shifts and at least 1 weekend shift to cover the EET zone.We expect that you'll bring:Fluency in English (written and spoken);Strong communication skills;Flexibility;Attention to detail;Open and proactive mindset;Passion for personal growth;Strong problem-solving skills.What we offer in return:Consultant position with a monthly fee starting from 1000 EUR/month.
