At this point we are looking for an experience **Customer Support Specialist** to welcome to our team.
**Your responsibilities will be**:
- Answering chat messages of our guests
- Answering phone calls of guests
- Working with web-based IT systems like reservations systems, online keyless access systems, call center solution
- Troubleshooting and solving guest problems with our team
**Our future customer service manager has these characteristics**:
- High English level (C1) and German (C1)
- Work experience as a customer service
- Quick comprehension and organization
- Ability to work independently
- Stress resistance
- Sense of responsibility for apartments and guests
- A great advantage will be if you are familiar with programs like PMS "Guesty", CLINQ call center workOS and have experience in hospitality.

- We have 2 options of work shifts - late shifts on weekends from 14:30-23:00 CET and night shifts from Monday to Friday 22:30-07:00 CET time - you can choose any you like
