Overview

The intern will operate within the Customer Success Management group in the Latin American Market.

Main responsibility will be to be in charge of a portfolio of messenger users, training the users, handling their requests, as well as requests from audit bodies.

This individual also supports the other CSMs on their accounts and their end-user's usability of our products, rather it is in Wealth Management, Commodities, Investment Solutions or Trading.

The program provides college students with the knowledge needed to start building a career in the global financial services industry.

Skills and Requirements:

- Curious self-starter with critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work both individually and on a team.
- High-energy and proficiency in front of customers.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Curiosity about Financial Markets, Technology, & Data.
- Portuguese + English proficiency, Spanish is a plus.
- Minimum 4 semesters to graduation.
