In this role you will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes executes the job in line with customer and Baker Hughes expectations and contract terms and conditions.
As a CWI Service Delivery Coordinator – Fishing Services, you will be responsible for:
Managing client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close out.
Providing firsthand technical support for ongoing projects.
Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.
Ensuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of clients' objectives.
Ensuring assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and invoices are correct.
Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business to ensure successful completion.
Monitoring and tracking service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
Being familiar with the assigned client's process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients' objectives.
Making prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery.
Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash.
Ensuring Baker Hughes HSE and Quality standards are met.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor degree in Engineering or previous experience in the role.
Have extensive experience in Fishing Operations.
Show experience in leadership positions will be a plus.
Be a user of Microsoft Office, SAP and Job Center.
Have experience in torque and drag and fishing design will be a plus.
Demonstrate experience with wellbore intervention and/or plug and abandonment.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Have interpersonal skills to work well with colleagues and customers across all businesses and cultures.
Be able to manage multiple projects and/or deadlines.
Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams.
Demonstrate ability to solve problems.
Show advanced English knowledge.
Be fluent in Portuguese.
Desired Qualifications / Characteristics:
Preferred prior experience includes roles such as: field/remote engineer, applications engineer or similar.
