About the job
- In close collaboration with the Global CX Academy team implement in excellence of the Global / Cluster training initiatives and programs.
- Taking a holistic learning approach based on assessment, identification and prioritization develop the Cluster Training calendar, the annual budget (including tool forecasts) according to business and strategic goals.
- Evaluate effectiveness of training and review training programs to ensure they achieve training and business objectives. Identify skills gaps, provide feedback to the global team and adapt training plan to address training priorities.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding for all new starters. Liaise with Line Managers, local HR & Instore Coaches to ensure a proactive plan.
- Manage, organize, deliver, and record timely ILT trainings on brand, product, service & sales, clientelling, styling, specialist skills, soft skills and management development for Retail, B2B & Client Services B2C teams.
- Support the Management to build individual coaching plans after performance analysis for each team member, identifying future talent.
- Leverage Voice of Customer & Service Audit results to coach individuals & teams to improve B2C service & sales.
- Track and manage the quality and impact of all trainings and provide regular follow up initiatives to sustain and embed the learning.
About you
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Training Manager in luxury
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Advance level of Portuguese and English
- Spanish is a plus
