What Will You Do?
As an essential part of our team, you'll be the wizard behind product presentations and demonstrations before and after the sale.
Your role doesn't stop there; you'll be involved at every stage of the process, from demand generation to supporting the adoption and expansion of our solutions.
Here's a glimpse of your daily responsibilities:
Presentations and Demonstrations:
Impress our prospective and existing customers with your ability to explain and demonstrate our SAP CX solutions.
Expansion and Adoption:
Assist in expanding our installed SAP base and capturing new clients across diverse industries such as Utilities, Retail, CPG, Wholesale, and Telco.
Specialized Knowledge:
Be an expert in at least two SAP CX solutions, with a special focus on SAP Emarsys or another world-class marketing solution.
Advisory and Collaboration:
Act as a trusted advisor for internal and external customers.
Travel:
Prepare to travel and explore new places – an incredible opportunity for professional and personal growth!
What You Bring
Education:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Languages:
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience:
Extensive experience in pre-sales and supporting complex, multi-solution architectures.
Technical Knowledge:
Deep knowledge and experience in SAP Emarsys or another world-class marketing solution, along with desirable knowledge of other SAP CX products.
