Mandatory requirements for this position: BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or any Graduate with related technical experience. English: C1, at least. 4 - 8 years of experience implementing Network Security systems 4 years of minimum experience implementing SASE solutions to end-users 4 years of minimum experience working and implementing VPN and Firewalls solutions to end-users 3 years of minimum experience in designing and implementing security systems. 3 years of minimum experience in building and maintaining the infrastructure required to ensure the security of information systems. 2 years of experience with security products and/or offerings. 2 years of proven track record of managing customer escalations, balancing customer expectations, and negotiating successful resolutions. 1 year at least of experience with Palo Alto Prisma, Panorama, firewalls, App-ID, user-ID, content-ID and Global Protect. 1 year at least of experience with cloud providers like AWS, Azure. 1 year at least of experience in Operating Systems Windows, Unix, Linux. 1 year at least of experience with Network resources with firewall experience who can be upskilled to Palo Alto. PCNSE, CCNA certifications are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Developing security protocols and architectures. Setting up and configuring firewalls, VPNs, and other security tools. Conducting penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities. Implementing encryption solutions to protect data. Designing and deploying secure network solutions. Responding to and mitigating security breaches. Ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of network architecture and protocols. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages in cybersecurity. Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST). Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., IDS/IPS, SIEM). Knowledge of the protocol, NIST. Main differences between a firewall and an Intrusion Detection System. What a VPN is and how it works. What a DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) is in network security. What are the desirable experience requirements for this position? With endpoint security software (antivirus, DLP, IPS, NAC). In security (IPSEC / SSL-VPN / NAT / GRE). With batch scripting. Also to independently debug large, complex and unique environments with mixed applications and protocols. Existing knowledge and experience with public cloud platform (IaaS) features, capabilities and best uses. The Prisma Cloud Customer Success Engineer shall be able to perform the following activities and responsibilities: Guide adoption, accelerated integrations with new cloud security products, and real-time support and strategy. Work closely with CISOs, Security Architects, Customer Success Managers, and Development Operations teams to implement cloud security solutions. Ensure customers are maximizing their return on investment by rapidly implementing and operationalizing solutions to achieve their business and security objectives. Assist customers in implementing custom integrations and workflows to ensure RedLock solutions are fully integrated into their security operations center. Be the first line of defense in solving customer support requests, and coordinating and prioritizing timely resolutions with engineering teams. Serve as a customer advocate in influencing product roadmap and improvements. Coach customers on how to establish and manage their Cloud Security Change. Management/Governance/Center of Excellence programs. Identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and work with the account team to build a risk mitigation plan or escalate as needed. Develop a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map RedLock features and associated business benefits to address their needs Be the Go-To customer expert on Redlock solutions and become a Subject Matter expert over time. Availability to provide after-hours support on a scheduled / non-scheduled basis. Willingness to travel up to 30%. What soft skills do you need to perform in the role?
