- Provide technical support service to the customer (B2B), a large multinational specialized in cybersecurity, through VOICE and E-MAIL;
- Home Office;

- fluent english speaking and writing skills.
- Windows Server Family.
- Active Directory.
- DNS.
DHCP GPO.
IIS.
- Terminal Server.
- Terminal Commands.
- Computer network.
- Notions of Information Security.
- Basic Linux knowledge.
Education:
- Graduated in Information Technology.
- Desirable experience in the support area.
